The cams and yarn feeders which are exclusively designed by our company can make the needles to shift during the best state of condition when the machine is in operation, in turn, leading the yarn to knit from the perfect angle, especially having excellent performance in knitting with the synthetic fiber and long silk.

The cams of each model of the knitting machine series share the same cam block which can be altered easily on each segment.  Through the interchanges of the different structure of needle tracks and different model of cams, it will convert into a new machine model.  The specified design of cams will make the shape of the loop neat, stable, with good knitting pattern and can feel the fine touch.

The machine features the latest design of central lift adjustment system, the level of lifting is precise, the error is within 0.03mm.  The structure is neat which cause the least adjustment of the clearance of the weight in yarn yard, the tuning is easy and subtle.

Knitting System

The upper and the lower main driving gear of the double jersey circular knitting machines adopt the design of immersed oil which can reduce the friction of the driving gear in order to promote the precision and the wearing life of the driving gear, lowering noise emissions while the machine is in rotation.  Saving the costs of traditional maintenance and low consumption of transmission energy.  The everlasting non-frictional design of ball bearing of the low driving gear causes the error of the cylinder is within 0.02mm.

The main driving gear utilizes synchronous immersed oil wear-board friction with main plate which can guarantee the stable operation of the start up of the machine.  The design of the uni-directional driving system reduces the causes of the stop marks which can ensure stable operation, low noise emission, low abrasion and low energy consumption.

The big plate and the transmission gear use the German steel wire track bearings system, this promotes the precision of the rotation speed of the machines and reduces the minutes, lowering the load of rotation and prolong the service life of the machine.  The noteworthy mentioning point is that the oil of the big plate gear and the oil of the needles can lubricate the parts of the machine separately so as to cause it to manifest the superiority of the lubrication system.

Driving System
