Smart encoder for needle position and zero position of frame, auto-compensation against effects of inertia from start-stop; detectable feedback unit and auto zero-reset,
all these guarantee the stability of system;

computerized pattern control for variable complicated patterns, memory available
and easy change of complicated jacquard pattern by touch screen and download function;

The cylinder is made from special alloy steel through precision-engineering and special
heat treatment so that the pattern keys, needle jack and needles could work
precisely and closely in the needle track with less wear and tear.
