The driving gears are sturdy and made of special alloy steel; combine with Germany structure of cylinder track, which enhance durability and reliability for high-speed performance. It comprises main transmission shaft and auxiliary transmission shaft which are made of alloy steel that without any coupling so as to provide cylinder and dial movement synchronized to eliminate and vibration. Uniquely designed up-down drive system, made from excellent materials by special heat treatments, and main parts production like gears are supervised by specialists. So insures the machine running well for a long time. Special design for each kind of machine, it is easy to change the cylinder. Different needle pitch cylinder can be exchanged without removing the up-cover drive system, which increases the flexibility and adaptability of the machine.

It not only keeps the classic character of Baiyuan's rib machine, but also depends on the fashion need to make the knitting transfer motion accurately by using Germany GROZ-BECKERT transfer attachment.

Equip with excellent Square fabric spreader, which eliminates bowing of fabric and equalize tension, reduce the extra fore to the knitting cylinder, especially effective for the fabric with cross-bands. The advanced micro-computer process system combines with driver device and touch-screen makes it easy to operate. It not only displays the production status but also provides related numerical data for controlling and supervision; In addition, it alarms and judges automatically the production process in order to avoid abnormal status. The screen can display the RPM of the machine, details of three-watch system auto counter and automatic RPM setting form, which sets the RPM of stopping to inform the worker and to keep each fabric same weight.

Pattern wheel with transfer rib is using different transfer way and regulation to shaped various pattern and constitute varied repeated pattern. 144-jacks pattern wheel make transfer area larger than other mechanical selection system machine. This machine produce fabrics reserve natural superior character of rib- fabrics stitch not only pellucid and elastic, moisture absorbable but also balance the temperature between the fabric and body surface.
