The material is completely imported from Europe.

The Hardness on Vickers is 1650-1950 ones.

Mixture of powders of tungsten carbide is with the contents 6-10 % of cobalt. For micro instruments graininess are from 0,200 to 0,700 microns, for large diameters: from 0,900 to 1,000 microns.

The material

Non-parallelism is no more than 0,005mm on length 100mm. 

Non-cylindricality is no more than 0,003mm.

The tolerance on diameter compounds: 0,003mm.

Close tolerances and the quality control of commodity are carried out in current of all production sequence on high-precision Swiss test and measuring equipment.

The material of the instrument is manufactured by a method of a powder metallurgy with applying of the technologies (know-how) world leaders in this field, such as SANDVIK AG, PLANSEE TIZIT, HARDMETALL, EXTRAMET AG.

The Quality

The commodity is delivered in solid plastic packaging on 10pcs. 25pcs. and 100 pcs., depending on the ordered amount. The rigid packaging completely safeguards commodity from exposures during voyage.

Packaging

The instruments manufactured on our plant differ by longevity, excellent (different) cutting performances and high purity of a treated surface.

The instruments can be cylindrical, conical and cutting.

Numbers of dents are to 16, overturn to 12.

The shank diameter is 2.350 mm.

The diameter of the instruments starts from 0.500 to 3,00 mm.

The drilled holes differ by a split-hair accuracy and purity of a treated surface, under condition of rigid observance of recommended cutting modes for each type of a material, depending on diameter of used drills. The special drills of different sizes can be produced at will of Customer.
