SPECIFICATION:
	Eliminating the troublesome set-up times. The workpiece machining, drilling and tapping operations on a milling machine can be accomplished in a single set-up, which requires no additional machining on the other machines with set-up, scribing, and punching job. You get high efficiency by reducing down time to the minimum, It lets you save time to 2-10 times. Ensuring accuracy of working, upgrade efficiency and gives competitive edge.
	AUTOMATIC REVERSE RUNNING - Eliminate the use of a reversible motor, which preventing the damage on the milling head.
	SPEED REDUCTION - Ratio 1:2, which suites a wide variety of material, or a tap diameter bigger than 16mm is applied. With this speed reduction feature tapping operation on a high speed spindle is available.
	SMOOTH FEED MOTIONS - Tapping feed and retraction are controlled from the atpping unit instead of moving the heavy milling head. Multiple feed and retract motions are conveniently made for removing chips to prevent damage on the tap.
	FLEXIBLE APPLICATIONS - The unit is designed to fit on various machine tools as convetional or N.C milling machines, machining centers, plano mills, boring machines, and the others.
	VERY LIGHTIN WEIGHT - The unit is constructed of special materialsfor maximum durability and easy protability.
	QUICK CHUCK CHANGE can be accimplished in only two seconds for fast tap replacement. Torque limit is provided for a prevention of damage on tap.

Functional drawing

1.	Mounting the arbor of tapping attachment into the spindle bore of milling machine, and have the dowel pin fitted into the fixing hole, then set depth properly.
2.	Align the tap with the hole position.
3.	Once tapping depth achieved, the tap become idle running.
4.	Tap running counter-clockwisely for retracting.
5.	Once the tap leave workpiece, it turn to clockwise rotation. Tapping operation finished, and ready for next tapping cycle.
