We provide Vertical Honing machine in Model ARIHONE 35VA, 50VA, 100VA, 150VA & 300 VA. The honing cycle is fully automatic. The operator has to clamp the component on the fixture and press the cycle start button. The honing tool rotates, reciprocates and expands and operation cycle stop after present time. Different types and grits of stones are used depending upon the material removal & surface finish requirement. This operation improves geometrical accuracies like taper, ovality and roundness and improves the surface finish by removing tool chatter marks thereby increasing bearing contact area.Our vertical honing machines are used for honing heavy components such as: Hydraulic/ pneumatic cylinders Liners Diesel engine connecting rods Hydraulic valves Crank cases Cylinder blocks for 2 & 3 wheelers Compressor cylinders Refrigerator parts Steering pistons Pneumatic tools Gun barrels
