CNC milling machine

Single-column vertical milling machines FV 503 and FV 504 are multifunction CNC machines for heavy working conditions which main features are modules, stable machine construction, ease of operation and easy maintenance. The machines are designed with a counterweight and two-speed gearbox. They could be equipped with a board of 800x500 mm (standard) or 1250x800 mm (optional). The corps and columns are separate castings, the latter being mounted at the rear of the machine. Guidebars of the cross support (along the axis Y) are made of tempered steel and are finely cut. COLUMN represents casting shaped in prism, ribbed to achieve a better mechanical resistance and stability under vibration. Guidebars, along which is the vertical movement (along the axis Z), are mounted on the column. The transverse saddle makes the movement of the working board along the Y and Z axes.
