The beam drilling center is considered as an integrated system. And this system is consisting of Input Conveyor + Beam Drilling Center + Marking Unit +Length Blanking Unit +Output Conveyor.With the ADM 1010 CNC (Computer Numeric Control) you will be able to control all the machines connected to this system. To drill the steel beams used on metal bridges and constructions, the profile shoul be located on the input conveyor. Then it will be brought to its position with the CNC control by servo motor unit.The ADM 1010 CNC machine blocks the positioned beam with hydraulic remoted special clamp jaws. The drilling process is performed by the 3 independent Punch Drilling Units on 3 different axis. Each punch drilling unit is controlled on their axis with the servo motors through the the CNC, special variable screw drive groups and lineer ball bearings. Marking process is performed by hammering on beam side with a special machine or through ink spray system. This process could be completed as an intended step at any time.End cutting or blanking process should be done with a band saw machine. The feeding of the beam realizes with the input conveyor system and the blockage realizes with the hydraulic controlled clamp jaws. Processed beams will be carried to the output conveyor. The carriers of the output conveyor are conducted with a reducer . In order to facilitate the movement of the beam on the conveyor, there is a magnetic working lamella, which allows to cut the mechanical connection between the carriers and the reducer.
