The tool changer has buffering function to prevent damage on the spindle and bearing.

The three axes employ high precision ball screw, combined with pre-loaded double nuts, ensuring highly accurate feeding and positioning.

The column, is manufactured from meehanife cast iron perfect rib reinforced, stress relieved for deformation free performance and maintaining long term accuracy.

The spindle is precision manufactrued from SCM 21 alloy steel.  It runs on preloaded angular contact ball bearings at the front and double row roller bearings at the rear, ensuring highly accurate running.

Provides convenient workpiece loading and unloading.

The base is construted with  two extra wide slidways for extremely solid suport and maximum stability.  Sildeway surfaces are ardened, precision ground and coated with Turcite-B.
