The individual customer orders are traced in the production system througn a fully-computerized bar code work order system. We are a global supplier of AT3 Class Holders. The processes are controlled through implementation of international Quality Management Systems (ISO9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004), through SPC, RFT Indexes and Run charts.

AT3 accuracy is made possible by not only state-of-the-art machines like a CNC Studer Grinder and highly sophisticated and sensitive precision measuring equipments such as Stoz air electronic gauging system, Scan max-CMM, CAD/CAMS etc. but by creating a fully air conditioned working environment for 24 hours throughout 365 days in grinding section to control dimensional accuracies as well as repeatability.

The Electronic Air Gauging System used by us to measure the accuracy of AT3 Class tool holders is state-of-the-art, sensitive and very precise than the Blue Bearing or Air Column Inspection methods as both these are subjective, time consuming, inconsistent and inaccurate.

Our AT3 Class tool holders are made of SAE 8620 alloy. With good reason! SAE 8620 is tough, impact resistant, highly durable and fatigue free, so very essential for revolving tooling. It is also the only alloy with the recommended nickel percentage and the required carbon manganese and chromium content.
