End straightener for pipe production line

1. Feed strip into clamp-feeding device, upper rolls press down by hydraulic driving,
   lower rolls, driven by motor through speed reducer, actively deliver the strip forward
   to cutting & welding machine. During the delivery process, strip heads and tails are
   flattened. After the strip end is fed into cutting & welding machine, the upper rolls lift
   up and the motor of lower rolls stops.
