The grating is made of 2 mm wide 30x30 mm profiles at 100 mm intervals. Carrying FrameThe connecting upper bridge is made of 100x100 mm hollow square steel profiles. Supporting posts are made from100x100 mm profiles. The frame size is made in proportion to the gates wing, according to engineering requirements. MovementThe gates internal square carrier runs on a track made from a solid ST-52 steel tube, which maintains its shape without warping or falling apart. The track maintains the shape of the carrier rail and the smooth and continuous movement of the gates wing. The 30x40 mm carrier rail is welded to the gates wing. The gate moves over 4 steel roller bearings, fitted on the carrying frame, which allow the wing to hover above ground and sloping surfaces without a track. ** Please note: the 300-mm-diameter rollers are exposed and may be changed quickly and conveniently without disassembling the gate. Activation The gates electrical activation system includes a high-quality, heavy-duty 1 horsepower electric motor with a clutch that can be neutralized during a power outage, including friction clutch and a rack and pinion that provide smooth movement of the gate. The gate can be pushed in the opposite direction if it encounters an obstacle. (Activation over a saw-toothed track has many advantages over chain activation.)
