TECHNICAL FEATURES - JUNIOR CNC 3 Axes Interpolatedi
This is a software specific for turned jobs developed year by year which let the operator create complex jobs. It runs with Windows? and has been developed in order to have a simple way of programming of the machine.
CAD/CAM SOFTWARE INCLUDED
The machine has a pressure switch to check if the water for tool cooling is always running.
The Milling operating head has 10 HP electrospindle with double speed (1400/2800 rpm) suitable to fix up blades with a maximum diameter of 400 mm. External water cooling system is guaranteed by water nozzles.
MILLING OPERATING HEAD
JUNIOR is equipped with a 3 axes nc and is connected to a Touch Screen control panel. With this panel, the operator set up all the necessary parameters to let the machine work. The machine is equipped with a remote control via web. This is useful to diagnose failures or to help the operator to adjust parameters if needed while working. The machine can be connected to an office computer where , generally, programs CAD-CAM are developed in order to send them to the machine and start working. DXF files can be charged inside through an USB connection.
