  • Center Height: Up to 50 Inches (1250 mm)
  • Bed Length: Up to 50 feet (15000 mm)
  • Main Motor: 7.5 - 30 Kw (10-40 HP)
  • Workmanship: Robust parts, broad slide ways and well-housed bearings for shafts ensure a vibration free performance. Accurately hand-scrapped slide ways and properly bedded plane surface assist in maintaining a lubricant film and proper load distribution.
  • Bed: The bed is rigid casting of closed grained cast iron of proper hardness and provided with a full gap piece and ribs to withstand severe loads with minimum vibration and deformation.
  • Headstock: The bearings fitted on the headstock are of two types: Parallel Bearings and Taper Roller Bearings
  • Carriage: The side V ways are most accurately hand-scrapped and aligned perfectly with the bed and headstock. It is provided with automatic lubrication system. The compound slide is hand-scrapped & indexed for taper turning.

  The machine comes with a variety of accessories such as Taper Turning Attachment, Grinding Attachment, Roller-Type Steady Rest, etc. for various job requirements

  The machines are built to turn work pieces of 30, 000 Kg and handle the torque generated by the turning of the work piece.
