Tools calibration - capacity for up to 15 tools. Inch or Metric display. Capacity to save up to 40 different operations. Possibility to program cutting conditions (feed, spindle speed, tool) for each cycle. RS-232 port that can communicate with a PC to store and load cycles and to execute block by block ISO program from the computer. HMI Touch-screen with large graphic icons that guide the operator. Machine is equipped with the CNC unit QUICK TURN, AC motors and drives from FANUC. Belt drive headstock that allows to word at high revolutions. |
