4.5 Clamping device: The machine set 2 claming devices, i.e. the front and back claming device to ensure reliable clamping material. There are the vertical supporter and horizontal claming devices on the clamping device. the vertical supporter of front clamping device is the worm wheel lifter driven by decelerating motor. Max lifting weight of worm lifter is 25T.  It can adjust washer thickness on the guide-column of supporter device and position of nut under the guide column of supporter device, and can control the high and low position of supporter of worm wheel lifter. The horizontal clamping device is consisted of left and right clamping blocks.

4.4 The driving system of cutting head: It includes the main movement of cutter head and radial returning system of slide board. The main driving of cutting head is very simple, which drives directly the inner gear loop of cutter head through one driving shaft and small gear mounted at the end of shaft by hydraulic motor. The slide board radial feeding movement of cutter head is driven by DC motor, which transfers a movement to the differential gear box by a reducing speed case with safety device. After changing speed, the movement is distributed to two slide boards. The function of differential gear box is to get a lager reduction ratio for feeding movement through one set of planetary gear train, it connects the main movement, and relief the changing of slide board feeding arisen by main movement through the driving system.

4.3 Cutting head: The cutting head is a very complex part. There are two symmetrical slide boards in front of the cutting head, cutting head device, inner gear loop of driving the rotation of cutting head, double large & small gears, umbrella gear pairs, lead screw and lead nut to drive slide board to make a radial feeding

4.2 Headstock (oil-tank): the headstock (oil-tank) is installed on the slide basement. The box-body is a large welding structure with high intensity and rigidity. The fixed principal-axe is installed on the headstock, the cutter head is installed in the cantilever side,. The main and feeding driving systems are also installed in the headstock, and make a transfer to the cutter head. The headstock is also the hydraulic station which is filled the hydraulic oil. achine, which has enough hydraulic oil in the box. The hydraulic components is installed in the top and side of the box-body.

The ram movement on the machine-body is driven by the big diameter of hydraulic-cylinder. Owing to the big diameter of oil cylinder, the feeding can be limited within a small enough range. The axial feeding measuring device is installed in One side of ram. The measuring value can be read directly on the operation panel.

4.1 Slide basement: the slid basement is made of the machine-body and ram. The machine-body is welded by the high-quality of steel plate. The guide rail is the inlay steel guide rail, is processed by grinding and quenching so as to get the necessary rigidity and smoothness. The ram is also welded by high quality of steel plate. The guide rail surface of ram is consisted of the press-board and the jib, which are made through adopting the new technology of cohering tetrafluoroethylene anti-wearable rail-band so as to ensure an anti-wearing and tearing function of the guide rail pair of slide basement.

4. The main machine and the auxiliary machine are driven and controlled by hydraulic and electrical systems.
