Outer washer includes rotary and linear type. It rinses and cleans outside bottle such as bottle neck,bottom.
It can work either independently or along with other machines. Driven by the electricity motor and cylinder, bottle moves step by step from one washing position to another. With the brush that is made very fit to bottles shape, the body, neck and bottom of the bottle can be thoroughly cleaned. Alkali liquid, disinfections liquid and pure water are used to thoroughly clean the outer of cylinder.
The whole machine is entirely closed and no leak. Cleaning mixture and washing water can be taken from released liquid of inner washing machine to reduce the operational cost, according to customers requirement.
