Maybe you have different varieties of the same or similar product. A single in-line machine can only handle the one variety at a time. Using our Model 201 in a modular design you can have all the varieties of your product running simultaneously.

If your product comes in various sizes a single inline machine needs to be stopped and completely reconfigured. Using our Model 201 in a modular design, you can have multiple sizes of your product running simultaneously.

If your single in-line machine goes down for routine maintenance your production goes down with it. Using our Model 201 in a modular design, if one machine is down for routine maintenance, your production continues.

This machine is divided into the 6 following stations:
 
 1. Cup load
2. Fill
3. Fill or optional vibratory leveling
4. Foil placement
5. Heat sealing
6. Unload/discharge of filled & sealed product 
   
The Model 201 filling and sealing machine is a two lane, top of the line, food grade quality rotary packaging machine. It has the capability of indexing speeds of up to 80 containers a minute depending on the viscosity of the product being filled. Maximum container size is limited to 3.5 in diameter.
