Willow Way Pro Bottle Labeler

Avoid backing with Mylar or plastic.

It is important to have a good paper backing for the labels. This will make application much easier for the labeler. The thicker the backing the better, no serrated backing, that may separate or tear easily.

If you are in doubt about a container or label it is best to send a sample to us, to verify.

Please Note:

The maximum Roll Diameter is 10" (254mm) with a 3" (76mm) web width, and 8" (203mm) maximum with a 5" (127) web width.

The Roll Core Size is 3" (76mm) in diameter

The maximum width with backing for the label, this is called, Web Width, is 5" (127mm)

Label dimensions can range from, 1/2" to 5" (13mm to 127mm) in width and from 1 1/4" to 15" (32mm to 381mm) in length.

Specifications:

Labels can be Die Cut or Butt Cut.

Foot switch initiates each single cycle label application. Up to 15 label applications can be completed per minute.

Applies pressure sensitive labels made of plastic, paper, Mylar, etc., to round containers and packages.

Can be set up to do multiple size containers and labels.

Container diameter can range from 3/4" to 7" (19mm to 178mm)

Description:

Willow Way Pro Bottle Labeler will handle round containers up to 7 in diameter. You should expect production rates of about 7-8 per minute (420 per hour) starting out and with experience up to 15 or more (900 per hour) with experience.
