N.      Drive unit consists of heat-treated gears and so have them less noise high-speed operation than RS chain drive, meaning accurate operation can be achieved all the time.     

M.      Rotary cutter cuts the label at any speed smoothly; the specially fabricated & coated face minimizes the generation of static.

L.        Glue drum is heated by indirect to prevent the glue heat-burn carbide on drum surface.

K.       Glue supply system, designed to have no deformation from the heat of heater due to its special structure stood with heat-resistant bearing at both ends, allows melt glue spread uniformly at all times.

J.        Vacuum manifold under the drum and cutter, made of heat & wear resistant material and needed no lubrication for long period, guarantees long durability for long operation.

E.        Label scanner informs the data of label length tolerances to operator.

3. Features

G.      Glued label is delivered to main drum and faces to bottle coming out of timing screw with regular distance. Labeled bottles are transferred through side belt that presses label in perfect and are discharged.

F.        When vacuum drum turns and sensor detects labels on vacuum drum, hot melt glue roller goes into & put the glue on labels.

E.        After passing feeding roller, the labels come into & are cut in label cutting part, and cut labels are delivered to vacuum drum.

D.      Location of I-Mark is recognized, and then the corrector calibrates & controls the speed of feeding roller and decides the correct cutting point on label.

C.      Sensor detects I (EYE)-mark during labels go through feed roll.

B.        Labels loaded in roll stand are pulled through guide rail and roller by feed roller.

A.       This is roll-fed type labeler where label is supplied from roll.
