Divpharm can also do some simple dry blend powder formulas in either 250kg 2000kg batch sizes.
Divpharm can also assist its clients in the formulation and manufacture of liquids (creams, ointments, bath oils, bubble bath, shampoo etc)
Divpharm can also do secondary packaging of cephalosporin and oncology products
Shrink-wrap tunnels run all day long from single packs for security reasons to finished packs 6s. 10s and 12s
Ink jet coding of any product from already filled cartons/bottles to reapplying batch numbers to blister strips and sachets
Self adhesive Labelling on of our 9 labelling machines, we will label anything from 1ml ampoules to square jars.
Cartoning on one of our 5 Cartoning machines, or even hand Cartoning for those really difficult combination packs and special display packs.
Powder filling of securitainers/jars and bottles with auger filling machines.
Strip packaging of tablets on one of 3 strip packaging machines into either foil/foil packs or paper/paper packs.
Tube filling and sealing of either ldpe/hdpe plastic tubes of aluminium tubes (15ml-250ml)
Liquid filling on one of 4 filling machines into glass and plastic bottles (5ml 500ml)
Tablets / capsules / caplet and even soft gelatine counting on one of 6 tablet counting machines into anything from patient ready bags to bottles and securitainers .
Sachet packaging on one of our 7 sachet machines. We do powders, liquids, creams and ever tablets/capsules into sachets of all sizes (1g 50g)
Blister packaging on one of our 5 blister pack machines and more than 100 various shapes and sizes of existing tooling
