Automatic Shrink Packing Machine ( By Stainless Steel Conveyor)

The machine contains an stainless steel entrance conveyer which rows the bottles in rows of 3*4, 2*3, shrinking them automatically without using the lower tray. The package standing on the entrance conveyer after reaching the final micro switch passes through the plastic film by means of the transferal lever, then after cutting the film by sewing machine, the package is surrounded and enters into the thermal channel to be shrunk. The chassis of the machine is made up of 3mm iron and covered with Epoxy color resistance against corrosion. The sewing machine is from Titanium which the element is placed in between. Its surface is covered with Teflon which prevents loss. Thermal temperature is controlled by Thermostat and time needed for sewing is adjustable by using a timer. This could help the sewing machine to cut and sew the film with different thickness. The heater elements are installed as a separate board which helps the maintenance if necessary
