The depalletizer is used for removing and inserting pallets individually. After a fork-lift has inserted a certain number of pallets into the depallatizer (max. 15), they can, if needed, be
taken out or added, individually. Removing pallets The operating mode switch is turned to REMOVE. If the green light is on, the machine is ready, and the START button can be pressed. The downmost pallet is released, and the machine waits in the upper position for ten seconds, during which time the pallet is taken out, and the remaining pallets lowered onto the floor. When the green light turns on, a new pallet can be removed. Inserting pallets The operating switch is turned to INSERT. If the green light is on, the machine is ready, and the START button can be pressed. All pallets are raised and a new one can be inserted. After the inserted pallet has reached its position, the remaining pallets are lowered onto it by pressing the START button. When the green light turns on, a new pallet can be inserted. |
