PA-100 AUTOMATIC PASTING MACHINE

This machine is equipped with automatic indication panels per minute and indicator lamp for warning grid of refilling materials.

This machine is equipped with PVC sulfuric acid barrel and sulfuric automatic circulation tubing, which can meet customer's requirement for pouring sulfuric acid on roller system.

Panel sulfuric acid finishing roller is equipped with one-section and two-section, which can meet customer's requirements.

The hopper is lifted with front cylinder, which can rapidly replace machine conveyer and hopper pasting shoes.

This hopper exit fitted to a rubber and stainless strike-off board, which is easy to adjust its panel pasting thickness less than 0.1 m/m precision.

This hopper fitted to two pasting finishing rollers for feeding pasting, which can completely cover the grid and can adjust grid pasting pressure.

The pasting conveyer mainframe and hopper pasting speed can be adjusted by frequency transformer.

The grid feeding design applies extract inching theory, and can be adjusted according to gild width.

This machine uses vacuum for automatic feeding grid and super-hard spindle to match the line bearing so as to reach high-speed standard.

This machine can automatically paste over 100~180 double panels (pasting speed can be adjusted according to different panel width).

This machine can automatically paste its panel with thickness 1.0T~4.0T, length 285m/m and width 170m/m.

This machine is available for automobile, motorcycle, NP storage battery low-antimony or calcium panel pasting.
