Low maintenance and wearing usage
Our machines have been constructed with the main objective of using the minimum number of wearing parts. The only wearing parts that have to be replaced periodically are the teflon and silicon rubber coatings in the welding zone and rubber parts in the feeders.

24/7 Operation
K?ra-Packmat's machines are designed for operation around the clock. A solid welded machine frame, manufacturing excellence and the use of quality structural components and drives allow heavy-duty usage.

Long service life
With appropriate maintenance and care, the service life of the machine can be 15 years or more. Almost all of the systems delivered over the last 20 years are still functioning today.

Modular construction system
The packaging lines are made of modular design. Our extensive range of standard machines, feeders and accessories allow us to assemble an optimum machine configuration for your specific application.

Exact thin seals
The maintenance-free, constantly heated sealing knives together with the water-cooled film clamps produce straight and thin seals that are very strong. Electronic closed loop temperature controls allows the use of different materials such as PP, OPP, CPP, PE and shrink film of different specifications.

Operator-friendly controls
The operator panel is the central machine interface for commands and adjustments. The display shows the current speed and provides data on operating conditions. Light signals material low warnings when it arises. Should a fault occur, then the machine is stopped by the control system; an error message is shown on the display to assist the operator in trouble-shooting. Several operator stations on the machine allow operators to stop the machine and restart it.

Our special technique of inserting products into film and of sealing close to the products makes it possible to achieve extremely tight wraps without the need for heat shrinking.
