CHEONG JIN's Steam Shrinking Machine is for the improvement stabillty andsize of all kinds of fabrics, relaxation-shrinkage machine by heat fixing method.It is fully equipped the best conditions for remained moisture control andelimination of tension in all working processes.This machine has a conveyer system as a let-off method of fabric.it designed not to give any tension to the fabric by a line arrangement of humidity part,heating and cooling part.a. Let-Off equipment : This equipment let off the fabric withno tension, and by adopting the entrance conbeyermethod, the fabric can let off without stretching.b. Humidity Equipment : Tension of fabric is relaxed by steamtreatment, and the shrinkage is prmoted by controlling ofsteam amount and rollor vibrator.c. Heating Equipment : lt maintains the best conditions byoptmal moisture control of fabric through humidity equipment.d. Cooling Equipment :It can be obtained complet cooling and stabillty of fabric by suction cooling.e. No Tension Equipment : it is possible for the speed control of entrance conveyerofentrance conveyer to supply the fabric with no tension.f. Speed : 30M/mm. using inverter motor.
