Stretch Wrapping Machine

It is a special user friendly machine, which can be used by any person easily. The machine is produced according to the needs of the customer, thus it provides optimum efficiency for the user.
It has a turntable that is available in various dimensions. The machine can easily be moved by using a forklift truck.
The tower can be folded on turntable during transportation and there are support brackets for safe loading. This is a special design apparatus for protecting the system when the tower is folded during transportation. Furthermore, the machine has an apparatus for transportation without folding (up to 3 tons).
It has a safety box which is designed for vibration and voice isolation. The motor with reducer is also designed for silent and fast operation.
the machine has a chain protection and isolation apparatus designed for safety. Stretch film reels can easily be mounted and demounted. The machine adjusts tensioning with its special design mechanical brake system. So, it ensures a smooth wrapping. There are two limit switches and photocell unit adjusting height of the pallet.  The pallets can be wrapped at turntable level.
The cover can easily be opened and closed, and there is a feet escape safety protection.
Optional Feature:
- Horse Shoe: Pallets can easily be loaded and unloaded by using a hand pallet truck.
- Loading Platform: Provides easy loading with hand pallet truck.
- Top Press: Fixes light loads by applying pressure.
