Accede Strip Packaging Machine

The New Accede 260-NS/160-NS is a compact and simple strip packaging machine to pack various types of tablets, and capsules. The machine does the feeding, sealing and cutting at the desired arrangement. All the wetted parts are made from 316 Stainless Steel and anodize aluminum plate as required in the pharmaceutical industries. The feeding chute or finger are made from anodized dural aluminum block and covered with clear flexi glass for a better supervision. The sealing rolls are made from 316 stainless steel block, made by high precision computerized machine, to ensure high sealing quality without any leakage. The body of the machine is totally covered with 304 mirror finished stainless steel plate. The front plate is made form dural aluminum block presizely fitted to the frame to have stability and high precision sealing operation. Easy to operate, the operator panel is located at the operators side. The tablets are automatically feed by a rotary vibrator with anodized aluminum feeding plate. The tablets are then transferred to the sealing roll through a feeding chute with tablet singulator. To start and stop the feeding of the tablets, just simply slide the pusher off and on. The heaters are each controlled by PID thermo controller to have a constant and accurate heating. The cutting device is pneumatically driven with compressed air to inure low noise during operation. The cutting blade can be made straight or zig zag as desired, The cutting blade is made from high quality cold work tool steel which can be used for longer time with seldom resharpening.
