Available Options

Labelsmust be die-cut, edge trimmed and waste removed with minimum 3/32 gap betweenlabels. Standard roll diameter = 12 with 3 core diameter.  Optical sensing for opaque label/translucentor clear liner.

Label Requirements

Operatingtemperature range without auxiliary heating/cooling 40o F. to 125o F. Relative humidity up to 90%(non-condensing). Water resistant but not waterproof. Not to be used involatile atmosphere.

EnvironmentalRequirements

60-80PSI dry air. Tamp and Blow applicators include regulators for optimal airpressure settings.

Air Supply Requirements

115volt AC, single phase, 50/60 HZ, 8 amp, true earth ground.

Power Requirements

Microprocessorcontroller with two-line gas plasma display and 4 button keypad.

Label Size:

Model100 can label from the top, bottom or side using the standard mountinghardware. Both right and left hand models are standard.

Labeler Orientation

Tamp: Double acting linearactuator with sealed linear ball bushings. Closed cell foam or UHMW plastictamp pad.  Standard stroke length is 4with up to 30 available.Blow-on: Solenoid valve provideshigh pressure air to blow the label onto the product. Enclosed blow box withrepositionable air jets is available. Wipe-ON: Label is dispensed directly onto moving productusing the variable speed servo-motor to match the label dispense speed andproduct speed.
