YCP-B300 High-speed Ultrasonic card packing machine is applying dual stage ultrasonic welding method. Automatically finish the following processes: packing films feeding, encapsulation, laying material, card feeding, sealing and material separation. Convenient and direct-viewing touch screen operation interfaces. Dual cards packing or card + leaflet packing are available. Pack sealing edges can be any personalized zigzag, digits and words according to customer requirements. Both single card receiving mode and chain type card receiving mode can be available simultaneously (The received card number can be adjusted freely). Apply thickness sensor to avoid twin cards packing. Optional card serial number inspection device can automatically establish inspected databank. Optional pack positioning device for centering the preprinted pack pattern to the card.
