Combined by two groups of bottle catcher, each group can catch 15 bottles at a time. The distance of bottles are controlled by cylinder.

9bottle catcher group

It is driven by step motor, according to different requirement of transferring, it is controlled by auto transmission and contactor respectively to accomplish auto bottle supply, bottle arrangement, auto carton supply and output etc.

8bottles/cartons conveyor

It is adjusted by micro speed change motor to separate the supplied bottles into four lines to avoid bottle jam.

5while cartooning, the carton is stopped at its position, while output the ready product, new empty carton is supplied, thus continuously repeat the same work.

4The carton stop board fix the cartons into the correct position through rotation air cylinder, it will avoid lack of cartooning and carton damage.

3Bottles will be transferred to the bottle storage conveyor belt and the bottle separation device will auto divide the bottles into 3 rows and adjust them to the position.

The bottle catcher group are driven by symmetric double arm, the arm sliding is carried out in the designed elbow shape track with accurate action and steady running.
