--Four scales work respectively . Maintained on line if anyone of them has sometime wrong.
--Four different materials can be weighed in the same time, it is fit for the mixed material.
--Choosing 2 or 4 scales work together, the weighing range will be larger.
--Two air cylinders cooperate cach other to finish the action of tipping the material. The air cylinder is separated with sensor and will not influence to the working of sensor.
--Considering of powdery packaging, some parts of the machine can be broken up washed quickly.
--To ensure the speed and precision of sensor, the A/D transformation of 4 controllers use ∑-Δ A/D which is the most advanced technology. The speed is 200 times per second and the resolving power get 20 place (1/1,000,000).
--The head controller of GDCSM and 4 weigh controllers use the photoelectricity isolation which having RS-422 standard to convey the data. The controller will not be bothered in the worksite and the data of conveying is reliable.
--To o ensure the stable and reliable ling-term working, each electric circuit board is especially designed to mold plate. It is easy and convenient to wash, maintain and change the fittings.
