Automatic Fibre Cutting Production Line

In order to solve the present problems (lack of laborers and reduce manual operation), our scientific personnel successfully developed the production line for automatically or semi-automatically carding cotton, conveying and stuffing cotton.
Main functions: After putting the whole-bag raw cotton (about 250kg each bag) into fiber carding machine, the machine will automatically card cotton. And the machine can solely curd cotton as well as used with fiber stuffing machine which can be placed anywhere in different floor. Through the pipe connected the fiber feeding machine can convey the carded cotton into the fiber stuffing machine. One fiber carding machine can supply several stuffing machines. With automatic operation system, the stuffing machine can automatically turn on when it is no cotton, and automatically shut down feeding cotton system when it is full of cotton.
