Pouch Form, Fill and seal Machine

Gravity feeding tank provided at the machine top is of 50 Lts capacity and is of SS 316 material, float type ball valve is provided in the tank that maintains the water level.  Machine is designed to produce pouches at a rated capacity with very low percentage of volume & sealing leakage problem, almost less than 2% provided film is having proper even thickness.  PLC control also provides the no of pouches produced; this numbering can be reset as and when required.

PLC is provided on front side of the electrical control panel.  PLC operates the complete unit; control is done by the PLC monitor viz., filling volume, heater element adjustment etc.  Machine is supplied with the additional accessories like Ultra Violet sterilization lamp, Re-circulation cooling Pump with SS Tank 10 Lts capacity with level indicator.  This cooling pump system is ind2ividual for each filling & sealing operation.
