The ORITACK - 2520 system, is a computer controlled automatic stitching machine that produces quality stitching. The ORITACK - 2520 system, with a 250mm by a 200mm sewing area, is designed to surpass conventional and other computerized stitching machines. It is designed for decorative stitching of shoe uppers (ideal for stitching vamps and quarters), leather goods and garment parts with precision.The ORITACK - 2520 includes an automatic clamp loader allowing Parallel stitching-Loading cycle for increased productivity.The ORITACK - 2520 provides perfect synchronization between the X-Y moving table and the sewing head, enabling very low thread tension. This results in smooth, even stitches with no pulling or stretching of the material.It causes less thread breakage than other automatic stitchers, with resulting faster, more efficient stitching cycle.
