Technical specification:

equipment for dustproof or waterproof wrapping and scissor-type motorized product top pressing device. The wrap cycle start and heat seal height for wrapping can be chosen freely, within the requirements set by the product pallet. Suitable for various sizes of pallets. The machine has as a standard a counter plate seaming unit where the wrapping material is sealed against the counter plate not the product which reduces noise and makes durable seal regardless of the shape and size of the product pallet. The machine comes with 3 meter long 1100 mm wide, electric motor driven pallet feeding chain conveyor and approx 4 m long palletizing conveyor with chain driven rollers and approx 5 m long chain conveyor for ready product out-feed. In addition the delivery includes the safety fence. The unit is controlled by Siemens Simatic S7-314 IFM logic with OP7 operation panel.

The equipment is made by Finnish Haloila Oy in year 2001 and is in very good operational condition.  It is equipped with Dynawrap pretightening device, automatic top sheet
