HM SW series Shrink Wrapping Machine

This machine is widely used in the packing fields, I.e. food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical products. The shrink wrapping is suitable for multipacking of products either loose or prepacked in cartons or trays.

The machine includes all steps as infeed and collection, wrapping, sealing, heat shrinking and cooling .As the shrink film method offers openings on the sides ,it is easy to unwrap the package.

The machine is PLC-controlled.

When all the functions are included in the same machine. You get a compact unit occupying only adjustable within +/-30 mm which makes it e a small floor area. The machine is also easy to be moved, Its height is easy to connect infeed and outfeed conveyors in a production line. A very tight wrapping and sealing reduce the film consumption and heat energy.
