| The Filled bottles moving on conveyor belt are picked up by starwheel one by one. The starwheel brings the bottle below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing port. In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit. The synchronized sealing head comes down on temporily stationery bottel where threading and sealing operations are performed. Simutaneously afterwards the sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyor belt. The sealed bottle is now ready for further operations. | ||||||||||||
