Designed for packaging carrots, potatoes, vegetables, and frozen food products, the Gillenkirch 7500E automatically fills and closes large Poly bags, ranging in size from 5.0 - 20.0 Kg. The 7500E is equipped with a fall-breaker system that minimizes product drop and prevents bruising and damage to the product. The 7500E is equipped with a horizontal and vertical sealing system to quickly and efficiently seal the packaged product, optionally employing a thermal printer system to attach a label containing UPC / bar code and the product perish-by date. Production speeds reach up to twenty-two (22) packages per minute (using 5.0 Kg weighments), with the option to employ the machine's integrated hole punch to create a ventilated package. Constructed from stainless steel, the 7500E features an intuitive, easy to use touch screen interface that provides the operator with the capability to easily adjust operational settings and control parameters.
