Raw material to be processed:PP,LDPE,HDPE,PVC.

Cylinder is made of 38CrMoAlA high-class nitrogenized steel,and has been nitrogenization treated,while surface sprays alloy.

Screw is made of 38CrMoAlA high-class nitrogenized steel,and has been nitrogenization treated,while surface sprays alloy.

Gearbox adopts cast steel parts,gear teeth adopts alloy steel and fine-teeth treated,all lubrication points inside the gearbox are all forced lubrication type,while lubrication oil is equipped with high-efficient water cooling system.

This production line includes mainframe extruder,screen changer,mould,water tank,haul-off units,cutter.
