Tube Mill Line

The first process of producing tube is hoop-slitting hot coil in a fixed width. After welding and removing BEAD through forming roll, the form of tube is sized at the sizing roll within the common difference, cut with righteousness foot, going through roughing tube inspection and having degree of straight corrected at straightener. The end section of tube goes through water pressure testing for correcting the pressure according to the size after being faced plain or bevel to its use. Tube is a long, narrow thing for transporting and containing liquids such as gas, water, oil and steam. It is made of earth, cement, wood, lead, bronze, copper, plastic, aluminum, cast iron and steel. As a rule, steel is most used. Its use is extensive because its production cost is low, to keep high strength, to cut and to weld is easy, and it has other many advantages.
