Uncoiled Range of strip width-25mm to 1200mm Coil weight- up to 10 Tones Types: Single pay off, Double Pay off, Mandrel Type, Cone Type or Box Type. Manual/Pneumatic/Hydraulic operation Shear and Welder Main purpose of Shear and Welder is to feed the mill with coils uninterrupted. Models: Hand operated/Semi automatic/Completely automatic. Looping Equipment Types: Cage Accumulator, Overhead or underground lopper or Continuous Strip Flood Accumulator (Horizontal). Horizontal & Idler Stands These horizontal & idler stands are fabricated from duly stress relieved, shafts of alloy steel. Roller changing facility is by removing front stand (up to 4" sizes) and from top (for other sizes). We can provide them with additional features such as raising top rollers simultaneously, adjustment of roll centers while running, cassettes for quick roll changing. Welding Roll Assembly ITL manufactures high quality welding roll assembly depending on weld requirement and pipe size. Types: Two Roll system, Three Roll system, Four Roll and Five Roll system. Bead Timer & Bead Winder A double tool type bead trimmer is provided to remove the extra weld metal on the pipe. Raising and lowering of tool is fully automatic strictly controlled by micro screw for tool adjustment Turk Head/Straightening ITL has variety of design to offer for straighteners or turk head operations. Types: Straightner: Four Roll/Seven Roll Type. Turk heads: Four Roll/Eight Roll Type. Special Type: Turk heads: For making square/rectangular or other shaped and profile pipes is also available. Additional features: Like adjustment of rollers in all planes etc. can also be provided. Cut off Saw Models: Manual to Automatic, simple to most sophisticated type with a provision of controlling length accurately. For MS Tubes: Flying cut off saw, Rotary disc type with three or six discs. For SS Tubes: Specially designed cut off Machines are also available. Ejector and Conveyor The run out table with rollers eject tubes on one side or both sides, operated automatically.
