The polishing pistons, that are located in the water section, and the press rollers are protected from all sides by special bellows. The head pistons are chrome coated, work in the yellow housing and at the same time protected by the bellows. The motors are protected by the PVC. The polishing heads' axles in front of the motors are chrome axles. The felt that protects head bearings is a special heat-resistant non-rusting silicon felt.

If it is required, a moving carrying board can be attached in front of the belt for bevelling long stones.The speed of the belt movement is electronically controlled. The speed can be adjusted according to the thickness and the hardness of the stone.

The pecularity of the machine is that it makes bevelling from the bottom of the stone. The polished part of the stone should be placed on the conveyer belt. Even if there is a difference in the thickness of the stones, they will be bevelled to the equal size. The heads start polishing automatically the moment the stone is placed on the belt. And after the completion of the process they automatically move away.

There are totally 14 heads in the present machine: 7 polishing heads, 1 bevelling diamond, 4 bevelling polishing heads, 1 draining head, 1 ragging head.
