GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Coil Car :
Suitable for coils weighing 2T to 30T, Lifting & Traverse movement by Hydraulic Cylinders.
Uncoiler :
Suitable for 2T to 30T.
Cantilever-Mandrel Type/Double Cone Type.
Movement of cones by hydraulic cylinders, expansion & contraction of Mandrel manually by Hydraulic cylinders.
Drive-A.C./D.C. Motor through clutch.
Snubber Roll & Peeler :
Snubber Roll-Rubber lined & Driven.
Peeler Blade-Tip Hardened
All Movements hydraulically controlled.
Pinch Roll & Leveller :
Pinch Rollers : 8 Nos.
Levelling Rollers : 5 to 11 depending on sheet thickness, made of alloy steel, hardened & ground.
Rollers-Driven & Non-Driven
Vertical Guide Rolls :
Four Rolls, two on either side can be adjusted according to width strip.
Rolls-Alloy Steel, Hardened & Ground.
Entry & Exit Guide Roll :
Step of two rollers placed vertically.
Entry Roll Driven.
Exit Roll-Non-Driven.
Top Roll-Adjustable by hydraulic Cylinders.
Slitter :
Three stands: two fixed and front stand removable.
Shear blades mounted on top and bottom arbor can be adjusted simultaneously.
For CR & SS - The adjustment is through eccentric cam gearing.
Top & Bottom arbors are concentric & straight, are driven for initial feeding by A.C. Motor through clutch or by D.C. motor for constant speed.
Recoiler :
Cantilever Type, Capacity-2T to 30T specially designed.
Two leaves, three segment type forming an unbroken circle.
Expansion/Collapse of drum by Hydraulic Cylinder/Manual Operation.
Pusher Plate operated by hydraulic Cylinder.
Over arm separator specially designed mounted separatly.
Drive through, specially designed Gear Box, by A.C./D.C Motor.
Scrap Winders/Choppers :
Available simple type/Automatic uniform winder or chopper.
Drive by A.C./Hydraulic Motor.
Capacity 500 Kg bundles.
Drag Tension Device :
Normally provided for C.R. Slitters to provide tight winding on Recoiller.
Accumulator with supporting Table & Quadrant is provided.
Tension is provided by pneumatic tube pressure pad & rubber lined rollers.
Unloading Trolley/Three Arm Unloader :
For unloading slitted coils from recoiler either an unloading trolley having traverse movement or three arm unloader is provided.
Hydraulics :
Hydraulic power pack includes a fully pressure compensated pump along with all fittings.
Electricals :
Control cabinet with interlocked protection, indicating lamps, starters, contractors and
Consol with push button operation.
Tooling :
A complete set of tooling is provided, cutters are made out of HC HCr (C=2%, Cr=12%) with a set of spacers.
