Tube/Pipe Manufacturing Machine --Galvanising Plants

Inspection & Testing :The items are to be inspected visually for any galvanizing surface defects. The zinc coating is also tested periodically either by non destructive method so as to ensure passing the pierce test.
 
 

Quenching :After galvanizing the items, are put in the water quench/dichromate tank in order to bring down the temperature to ambient temperature.

Galvanising :The items are taken to the zinc bath from drier where the zinc is kept in molten condition at 450
