2.Equipment Composing: Totally it is composed of three parts: Spray-painting System, Casting Machine (including lifting pipe, sweeping fitting and interior spraying device), Centrifugal Casting Iron Pipe Machine, Core Installation System, Pipe Suspending System, Weighing System, Water Supply and Spray System, Pipe Receiving Machine, Hydraulic System, Electric Control Meter Control System, and Operation Desk.
The machine produces ductile casting iron pipes meeting with domestic standard GB13295-91 and international standard ISO2531-98(E), the caliber has 9 specifications
from 1200mm to 2600mm with 6000mm length. This is the production machine with biggest pipe diameter, also is the unique machine at Chinese. 1. Summary :
