Winding and reel up with duplex automatic exchange volume,closed-loop tension automatic control,to achieve high-speed non-stop exchange of lager roll diameter,high-precision composite cold-roll forced water-cooling structure:units equipped with industrial chiller,corona processor,products count machine,adjustable side and blow edge devices,composite rolls are gas-electric control between the clutch.Each step of the machine train supports with frequency converter device,the velocity can be adjusted separately.
This machine uses automatic temperrature control,automatic feeding,stepless speed regulation and fast auto-changer,supporting with high-precision two-way adjustable T type die-head.It can be equipped with a single extruder,double-extruder,multi-extrusion machine,multi-storey extruder.
