Split CIP (Cleaning In Place) System
Description of split CIP (Cleaning In Place) system:
Our split type CIP (cleaning in place )system applies an automatic heating method, thus to set the cleaning temperature through the temperature controller, which means this will limit amount of steam by controlling the open of steam adjusting valves and finally keep the cleaning liquid at appropriate temperature that needed. All liquid levels of CIP tanks are indicated through automatic alarming system to make operation safe and reliable. When concentration is lower than standard it will add concentrated acid and alkali through the air membrane pump, and while cleaning, the transportation of cleaning liquids is performed by manual operating of corresponded pipe valves, and when the tank lacks water, operators should also add more water.
Characteristics of split CIP (Cleaning In Place) system:
1. The automatic cleaning liquid heating system we applied can easily control the cleaning temperature within a scope of technical requirements;
2. The way to add thick acid and alkali with a diaphragm pump strengthened the operational security;

Integral CIP (Cleaning In Place) System
Description of integral CIP (Cleaning In Place) system:
This integral cleaning in place system, namely CIP system, fulfills its heating function through manual operation and when the liquid thickness is lower than standards, operators should also respectively add more thick acid and alkali to acid and alkali tanks. While cleaning, the cleaning liquid is also added through the corresponding pipe valves by operators and when the tank lacks water, it's also done by operators.
Characteristics of integral CIP (Cleaning In Place) system:
-Advantages: lower investment cost and lower requirements for operators; it means operations can be done after an appropriate training.
-Disadvantages: lower automation level and large manual input; control on cleaning liquid is nor precise, manual addition of thick acid and alkali will lower the safety factors and production efficiency is lower.

Due to the much lower investment cost, this CIP system we manufactured in China should be the initial and ideal choice for domestic medium/small-size factories of dairy products and beverages.
 

Block CIP (Cleaning In Place) System
Description of Block CIP (Cleaning In Place) System:
This CIP (shortened form of Cleaning In Place) system we developed in China has adopted Siemens programmable control to monitor the level, temperature and acid/alkali concentration of cleaning liquid inside of CIP tanks, and you can directly input specific parameters you need through Siemens' man-machine interface. So this system will automatically add water, concentrated acid/alkali or reheat.

2. Brand new man-machine dialogue operation (visual) has a strong sensibility so operators can easily and quickly master the operation;
