Suitable for pharmaceuticals, chemical and foodstuffs industry to pulverize dried goods with sticky material content such as alum. Hydroxide, sugar, dehydrated banana, grain, pepper, coffee, bean, rice, herb. . . etc. Non stocked inside the chamber.
Totally meet the G. M. P standard.
All machine, including the Chamber, Housing, etc. are made of AISI# 304 stainless steel.
The rotor also can be removed and cleaned conveniently.
Features:
1. High speed centrifuge & pulverizing to get fineness of 250 mesh.
2. Low speed running can be used for crushing & dry granulating of 20-40 mesh to recycle the defect tablets by adding extra Granulating device (optional) .
3. With force feeding device to feed Non-free-flowing material
4. Using 2poles / 6poles motor for getting 2 steps high speed & low speed running
5. High Speed: for pulverizing 100-250 mesh powder
6. Low Speed: for Crushing & Dry Granulating 20-40 mesh granule.
