The given complex is a totally new complex designed by FIS engineering company. The complex comprises all up-to-date ideas and achievements of our company and the confectionery machinery
manufacturers.
The core idea of the ?CreaSweet? complex is the following: by purchasing one of the components of the confectionery complex you will embark the path to a confectionery products manufacturing
world of more than 200 products both by cooling or baking methods. The unprecedented product range can be achieved by means of interchangeable molding, depositing and piston injection feeding
units with the possibility of its installation on ?IntelleDrop? machine base and ?IntelleOven?.
Three types of feeding units are applied in the basic complex. They are:
- piston injection -gear-type two-component feeding unit
- screw-type two-component feeding unit

GENERAL FEATURES OF THE CONFECTIONERY COMPLEX ?CreaSweet?
Multifunctional confectionery complex ?CreaSweet? comprises all the possibilities of product manufacturing by baking or cooling method with the help of molding, gear-type, screw-type and
roller-type feeding systems. The ?CreaSweet? complex consist of two lines: Heating(baking) and cooling. It is not a secret that confectionery products are manufactured in two ways: by baking or
cooling of the masses for their drying. The main difference of the complex ?CreaSweet? with any other line or complex is that, it is the most flexible way of using all the types of confectionery
and cheese products making methods by baking and cooling.
The standard set of ?CreaSweet? comprises of:
- piston injection feeding unit designed for masses from liquid form to liquid dough form for sponge cake;
- gear-type two-component feeding unit designed for sponge-cake dough and short dough;
- screw-type two-component feeding unit for more thick masses (from short dough to gingerbread and hemotogen masses with filling).
All these heads can be used in a cold line in the following variations.
- piston injection head for marmalade or chocolate glaze;
- gear-type two-component head for marshmallow, souffle or the masses of thickness like cooked condensed milk;
- screw-type two-component feeding unit for coconut mass, nougat, toffee with filling, products like bars with fillings.
All three heads have unified:
- electrical connections
- mechanical fastenings
- pneumatic connections
- alignments and fittings on the base
Due to unification of the heads (feeding units), they can be easily interchanged and moved in a necessary way and ensure the operation simultaneously both in a baking and cooling lines. The
complex operation sample:
Version 1
On the cooling line the piston injection feeding unit deposit fruit jelly (marmalade) on biscuits and the gear-type two-component feeding unit deposit two-color zephyr (marshmallow) over it.
On the baking line the screw-type feeding unit manufacture gingerbread with fillings.
Version 2
On the cooling line the screw-type feeding unit can manufacture toffee with chocolate filling.
On the baking line the gear-type two-component feeding unit manufactures cookie with filling.
The ?CreaSweet? confectionery complex is assembled with servicing system which implements the following functions:
- washing the head without its disassembling which increases the service life of these expensive spare parts of the complex;
- storing of the heads without accidental damages, deformation and improper storage conditions;
- working capacity testing of the heads.
?CreaSweet? also contains specially designed trolleys for carrying & moving unified heads in a more easy, faster and safer way. The moving of the heads from the working base into the trolleys is
carried out very easily due to the construction peculiarities of the working base, servicing stations and trolleys.
The servicing station has software coupled with the program of the whole complex. While changing the heads and moving it to washing station the servicing station identifies the head itself and
displays instructions for proper regime of washing according to the components used during the last working process.
